Refund Policy
Effective April 12, 2026
AmazingXO, LLC (“AmazingXO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to a fair and transparent refund process. This policy applies to all purchases made through amazingxo.com.
1. Application Not Approved
If your application is not approved, you receive a full refund — no questions asked. Payment is collected during the application process, but no product is dispensed until your application clears review. If it does not clear, your payment is returned in full.
2. After Approval and Shipment
Once your application is approved and your order has been dispensed and shipped, refunds are not available. Our products are pharmaceutical-grade compounded medications prepared specifically for you and cannot be restocked or reused.
3. Damaged or Compromised Products
If your product arrives damaged, compromised, or outside acceptable temperature range, contact hello@amazingxo.com. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact hello@amazingxo.com with your order details. Refund requests for non-approved applications are processed automatically. All other refund inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.
